For the past 2 weeks I have been biking around my campus 3 laps. I am now up to 4 laps!! (I should add that I also haul 2 children totaling 47lbs in a bike trailer hooked to my bike.) My BMI is 46.3 which is classified as obese. I have started to do something and hope that with support of my family and friends I will stay strong in this battle. I have started back to Weight Watchers which is one of my favorite things because I feel good when I am doing WW and there is room for error and eating out!! (If you are interested you can join WW online right now and not pay the start up fee!! I love the on-line version!!)
I have signed up to run in the RED MUD RUN in May and I as SO EXCITED!!!! My goal is to lose 10lbs by this run which gives me 25 days! So far I have lost 4 lbs and feel better!!
