G man has some chores that he has to do daily such as, clean his room, clear the table, and help load the dishwasher. He also has some daily things that he works on that aren't really chores but things we want him to be better at; no whining, lead the prayer at least once a day, always say please and thank you, and use complete sentences when asking for things. I haven't introduced any new things in a long time so I was grateful for today to remind me to teach him something new. I showed him how to do it first and then we did it together. After a few he did the rest by himself!!
I went to My 2nd addiction (besides blogging) to look for ideas for him. Since he has recently turned 4 I was interested to see what things were suggested to me that I should introduce to him. I found this awesome blog and it had so many wonderful ideas. Since I was catching up on laundry today I chose to teach him how to fold the towels and wash cloths. I showed him how to do it first and then we did it together. After a few he did the rest by himself!!
This is his finished pile!
I didn't try anything with Little miss today on this one but we did practice putting her toys in the toy bucket again today! She loves putting things up but she gets more out then she puts away!!!
