Have to stay healthy!

Day 27: Do one thing that is good for your health: walk 10 minutes, eat a piece of fruit, or get a good nights rest.

When we are healthy and have more energy we can play more!  It is important to take care of yourself.  I want my children to know me for a long time.  I don't want to get to the point where I can't play or I get too tired to have fun with them.  I am very overweight right now.  There are times when I can't play because they want to play on the top bunk or he wants to ride another lap around the campus.  It is my job to take care of them but I have to remember to take care of me!


Last year I lost 53 pounds after I had my daughter and now I have to get that motivation back!  So I am blogging and telling you guys to hold me to it.  I am starting back on weight watchers and we recently joined the YMCA so I will be working out there too.  Thanks to our campus and my awesome husband I have a bike trailer that I can haul the kids in so I have started out just with 3 laps around the campus after dinner each night.  The kids have a blast and I get a work out!!  Right now I am considered obese by my BMI and at a high risk for all sort of health issues.  My goal is to lose between 8 and 10 lbs a month until I am in a healthy weight range.  Thank you for your support!
